START HERE! Barre(less)barre...where grace meets grit. These classes are small-movement focused, low-impact, and seriously effective. Barre is all about building strength through control, using tiny movements to sculpt long, lean muscle, fire up your core, and challenge your endurance in a whole new way. We’ll target your glutes, arms, thighs, and abs—with just your bodyweight and a light set of weights (and maybe a few more props along the way)! Recommended equipment you'll eventually need: light weights (3-8lbs), ankle weights, band, ball, roller
