We’ll move with purpose, target major muscle groups, and build strength you can feel in just 20 to 30 minutes. Whether you’re using bodyweight or dumbbells, these workouts are here to challenge you and evolve with you. Recommended weights: 3-8lbs...and once you start getting stronger you can always get heavier BUT you will start to feel and see results with the recommended weights!
