No barre? No problem. Today we’re turning a chair into your best burn buddy. This low-impact class is designed to sculpt, lengthen, and seriously fire up your muscles — without jumping or heavy impact. Using a chair to mimic the barre, we’ll move through controlled pulses, isometric holds, and tiny-but-mighty movements that bring the heat fast. Equipment lineup: • Light weights • Chair • Resistance band • Ball • Slider **things to use for a slider can be felt, a towel, plastic plate, even a sock** The focus? Legs, legs, legs. Expect outer thighs, inner thighs, glutes, and hamstrings to shake in all the best ways. We’ll layer in smart progressions to build intensity while protecting your joints. Toward the end, we’ll add in focused arm work and a strong core finisher to leave you feeling balanced, sculpted, and accomplished. Low impact. Major burn. Steady sweat.
